Chrome Extension, zero DL, looking for suggestions!

Hello! I'm looking for a little guidance if possible. I've created an addon that i feel has value, i originally created it for myself and then later developed this further. It's been online for two months now with zero downloads! Curious what i could be doing to improve downloads. Originally I had a sub price of $7.99, then i move it down to $4.99 and now i've lowered it to $1.99 a few days ago (still need to update the webpage!) One issue i have with this, i feel everyone is the target audience, so it's difficult to know where to promote this or find possible users.
