Interesting topic Nika. A tangential point I've always identified as an opportunity within the YouTube space would be to aggregate video content around different subjects. Filling the role of curation would be much easier for viewers interested in a particular subject to follow. Playlists exist but mostly the content on those is very old and could be improved by an RSS type feed that would automatically create playlists based on subject matter on a daily basis by a preselected group of content creators. YT right now is a quagmire of content vs the algorithm which limits your ability to find new content especially when you're changing the subject of what you're looking for.

Thanks for the insights and clarification! I was part of an online publisher in years past that first introduced me to curated articles and videos, which we accumulated and sent out to members. I've adapted that same concept into our app as well. I second much of what you said above and how it's a useful way of getting more valuable content to your audience without having to write it / record it yourself... and, especially in arenas where the experts say it best. Thank you for sharing!
