Hi, Today we launched Topicflow. It's an app designed to help you run more efficient and meaningful meetings. Before the meeting, you can collaborate on a meeting agenda with the other participants. During the meeting, you can take notes, assign action items and record decisions. Finally, once the meeting is over, you can share the notes with other participants. All of this is automated with your calendar. All your notes and action items are consolidated in one place making daily meetings and todo management easy. Give it a try: topicflow.com Cheers! Maxime.

Can you elaborate on the problem with meetings and to-do mgmt.? Here's what I do and has worked well for me: - I plan my meetings at least a day in advance. Adhoc meetings get handled async, unless urgent - 20mins daily time block to plan my workday - expected meeting outcomes, all tasks across apps + time blocking I'm biased but recommend checking out Loopin (www.loopinhq.com) :)

I love https://www.loopinhq.com/ by @parthpareek and team. Take notes and jot down action items with in google meet/zoom call, add todo lists and block time on calendar, get a quick view of your day.

We're building Rock to reduce the number of meetings you have to sit through by combining messages, tasks, notes, and files in one place! Less platform switching and centralized documentation make setting up effective to-do's easier while minimizing the need for daily meetings.

Managing tasks is easy as pie on Notion, and Slack is really a team club to have daily discussions. Daily meetings are not compulsory when you have a good channel to contact each other at any time, if you ask me. Still, a great way to engage and update. 15-mins Google Meets are ideal; no need to deal with overscaled tools or methods if you love going simple.

I used Google task to update the main task daily, one calender (either Google, Apple or Microsoft) for setting up all meetings, and slack for all communications.

We use Geekbot in Slack and each member answers 4 questions "How do you feel today?, What did you do since yesterday?, What will you do today? and Anything blocking your progress?" like a daily standup. I reccomend it to learn who works on which tasks without a meeting or chat.
