    Without the help of visual cues, understanding unfamiliar accents or technical terms can take more concentration and patience. Whether it’s booking an appointment or resolving an issue with customer service, non-native speakers frequently have to put in additional effort to ensure everything is understood correctly. Does anyone else find that phone calls require more focus compared to face-to-face conversations?
