Do we need an easier way to buy/sell/rent properties?

Buying/selling/renting properties have become a bit of a run around recently in the UK. First off a lot of estate agents on the high street are dissappearing due to the rising costs. Then there is the fees of of selling a property. And then it’s the actual leg work to get the sale closed. All of this could take up to 3 months or so.
Things could be simpler for renters too. Finding a place, paying a deposit and paying your rent and getting help when you need it.
So I’ve been thinking about starting the Airbnb for Properties. That used ML to help you discover properties, explore the local area which is what matters like schools etc and then deal with the sales process in app. Without you having to keep chasing people or phoning to get updates.
Renting can be made simpler in the same way with the deposit paid in app and rent managed there too. And any issues you or the landlord has.
Overtime insurance protection etc can be added.
What do you think?
