Do you actually think that information management takes too much time?

Hello, guys! How does everybody doing?
As some of you know, we at Sense built the solution for the problem of scattered and disorganised information.
And here comes the Q: while adopting a new app and transferring critical information in there, while sharing tons of things with your colleagues multiple times, while searching for some particular file in your laptop: do you consider wasting time on this information management a PROBLEM or you take it as a part of your work journey?
It will be helpful to know.

I always think that information management is left out of the development of administrative tasks in general. A few hack are essential to minimize the burden of information management. Set up your email with a folder set up category specific emails. Also set up the ability to forward emails into categories. For example, set up a folder for each of your clients to keep all emails related to that client in that folder. This will allow you to have all emails in one place. It will also allow you to label emails that come in by client.

@sidraarifali Speaking of emails - yes! But what about in you have to juggle with emails, slack, teams, project managenet tools, spreadsheets, files and doc all at the same time?
