Do you actually validate your ideas?

If you do, how do you do it?

Yes, I definitely validate my ideas. I usually start by talking to potential users in communities like forums, relevant subreddits and local networking events to see if the problem I’m solving actually resonates. I'd build quick mockups and gather feedback, and make improvements. It's all about making sure there’s real demand before investing too much time into development.

Definitely validate before investing too much time! Some tactics I've found effective: 1) Customer interviews to deeply understand the problem 2) Clickable prototypes to test if the solution resonates 3) Pre-launch landing pages to gauge actual demand. It's all about de-risking early on. Anyone have other go-to idea validation techniques that work well?
