There's nothing special. I try to avoid eating sugar, fried foods, and barbecue, and I don't eat late-night snacks.
Yes, I always check the expiry date whenever i buy a product

Yeah, sure.
But in today's world and its frantic tempo, sometimes I find myself eating something at fast food places(

I have been always thinking that I eat too much sugar per day, the app seems to be a great help to reach the balance in my daily meal :)
Everyday! It’s incredible how much sugar and now GMO’s that food has. Also love this idea for an app, I might try it out!
Not that much

@tegan_bradleys1 I also was, but now I understand how important it is. Do you eat a lot of sugar?

I'm feeling super anxious about eating high-calorie foods.
Yes, you only have one health!
When it comes to food, I try to be mindful about what I eat. Reading ingredient lists has become a habit, especially to avoid added sugars and ultra-processed stuff.

Yes! One of the the things I’m most grateful nowadays is having a dietitian for a mom. It drove me crazy when I was younger seeing the junk other kids would bring to school, but now I’m very thankful I was raised learning how to eat properly. Your health is wealth! You can spend your life in the gym but can only get so far without a good diet

Hey, I'm glad someone started this discussion here on Product Hunt.
I have a bachelors degree in Sports training and science and with that I learned a lot about nutrition.
People think that good, quality food only makes you look good, but that is actually the second best thing it does. The first is that it makes you feel super good about yourself and way more productive also.
Whenever I eat crap (fast food, sweets, alcohol, ...) I feel bad and I can't concentrate on my work at all. I literally feel stupid.
That is why I prioritize whole foods (single ingridient - ex. banana, chicken, asparagus, blueberries, ... you get the point).
Because I eat like this 95% of the time I look good, I feel good, I move better, I'm more confident and another plus side, I literally can't get sick.
If you need any advice on nutrition or training you can contact me on any other platform and I will be happy to help.

@luka_brzin Wow, that's actually amazing! I agree, I do the same, I eat junk food only at holidays, to avoid feeling stupid))
Try our app, I think it can help you in your job!
And of course I'll send this message to our CEO!
@boris_moris44 I really like your idea. About 90% of products have hidden sugar inside. I love it that your app isn't just MyFitnessPal with a twist.
I don't know the market but I feel there is a demand for such an app. Great idea!
Unfortunately no, I'd like to, but I never managed to actually do it, I have an odd feeling that 50-year-old me will regret that...but that's his problem I guess.
Yes, I understand very clearly that only with proper nutrition I can feel good. That's why I often follow different diets and thus do not saturate my body with bad elements. Therefore, the most useful for me now is this plan https://betterme.world/articles/..., which helps me better understand certain products and how they affect my body

@mia0davis I do the same, but I ran into the problem that even when you are on a diet, some foods contain hidden sugars that can sometimes (not always) have a negative impact on your health. Try our app, I think it can help you to avoid this problem!
Sugar kills more people than cigarettes. The less sugar in a diet the better.
I read labels, not just for the sugar, but also preservatives and other additives that seem unnecessary.
