SEO is a powerful marketing channel, but it's not for everybody. Do you do SEO for your product? Why/why not?

Not having an SEO strategy is a mistake. The long-term results can be very rewarding. You need to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your content, but it's definitely worth the effort.

SEO is crucial in my opinion. Why do you think it's not for everybody? If your service can be searched on Google, you must focus some efforts on SEO. It's the cheapest (you could say free) long-term method to acquire very hot leads/customers.

@simonas_kauzonas hey, thanks for commenting! I meant that SEO is not fit for every stage of the business. Some say you should only invest in SEO after you've found your product-market fit.

Yes, we do SEO for our startup because it's a cost-effective way to attract organic traffic and build long-term visibility. While it requires time and effort to see results, the benefits of having a strong online presence are significant. SEO helps us understand our audience better and tailor our content to meet their needs. Although it's not the only channel we use, it plays a crucial role in our overall marketing strategy.

I think SEO is one of the most important aspects of any company - new, old, small, big. SEO takes quite a while to see results so it's important to start early on and always create the website and content with SEO in mind.

Absolutely, SEO is crucial for long-term growth. It drives organic traffic, boosts credibility, and offers a high ROI. However, it requires patience and expertise. For startups, balancing immediate growth with SEO is key. If you're not doing SEO, consider starting with basics like keyword research and on-page optimization. It's an investment that pays off over time. If you're already on it, keep refining your strategy and stay updated with algorithm changes. Remember, SEO complements other marketing efforts, creating a holistic approach to visibility and user acquisition. What specific challenges are you facing with SEO?

Definitely! SEO is essential for startups, especially in the early stages. It helps build organic traffic and brand awareness without a big marketing budget. Some key SEO tactics I focus on are keyword research, on-page optimization, quality content creation, and building relevant backlinks. It takes time and consistent effort, but the long-term payoff in terms of search visibility and lead generation is worth it. What specific SEO strategies have worked well for your startup?

Definitely, SEO is critical for getting organic traffic to your startup's website. Even if you're bootstrapping, it's worth investing some time into keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building to improve your search rankings. There are some great AI tools emerging to help with keyword research and even writing SEO-optimized content. But the fundamentals of creating valuable content that matches search intent is still key.
