A lot of SME face this dilemma, what are your suggestions...do share what tools you use if you are doing this inhouse or by yourself.

The requirements come from us... if you cannot say what you want, then it is impossible to be able to judge output.

When it comes to design requirements, I prefer to do them in-house. It allows me to have more control over the creative process and ensures that the design aligns closely with our vision and brand.
