From what I’ve noticed, AI customer support chatbots are still relevant, especially in areas like e-commerce and tech. It's definitely not saturated, but thre's room to innovate.
I still see a lot of demand for AI chatbots in customer support. Many businesses are looking to automate their customer service to save costs and improve response times. So I don't think the market is saturated just yet.
Personally, I think AI chatbots are still in demand. A lot of companies are looking for solutions to streamline customer service, so it's not oversaturated in my opinion.
