This contrasts targeting a specific niche market with tailored offerings (focus strategy) versus catering to a wide audience with a broad range of products or services (broad strategy).
which will win in the long run?

Focus strategy all the way. Easier to dominate a niche, become the go-to brand, and convert interested customers. Going broad = slower growth, higher CAC, more competition. Pick a segment you can win and own it! đź’Ş

Focus strategy, definitely. When your audience is already interested in what you offer, it's a lot easier to sell, and the chances of wasted efforts are minimized.
Definitely focus strategy. Trying to target too broad an audience is a recipe for getting lost in the noise. Much better to really nail a specific niche and build deep relationships with that audience. They'll be way more engaged and likely to buy. Just my 2 cents though, curious what others think!
