@juoemeka Ah got it. Is getting reviews part of the premium plan?

You can find different profiles on each platform and even inside of Capterra. Basically, Capterra is part of the Gartner Digital Markets platforms which are Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice. The experience I have at the moment is that G2 is more for US market and Capterra more for Europe, however, I can find traffic coming from both markets. Which one should I use for my startup? The one that my users use... So, if you find that your users are in G2, use that one. I will choose based on where I have more users. Are your users in Product Hunt? Well, you can ask the users to review your startup here too. I hope this can help you.

@diana_iun Happy so share more ideas regarding that. :) Ask me anything.

I think a startup should work with both platforms.

@juoemeka It’s hard for me to answer because different startups have different budgets. Some can't pay for a Jira subscription, and some spend $100,000 daily on Instagram ads. To begin with, it seems that you need to measure the traffic from free accounts and choose a site already generating more traffic.

G2 is more qualitative but working with both is important

G2 has given us better results than Capterra.

Anyone still using Trustpilot?

They are both equally effective.

As a startup looking to launch a review campaign, I have evaluated both G2 and Capterra as potential platforms. In my opinion, G2 appears to be a preferable choice.
