Why did you decide to do that? It'd be more appreciated as you share more about your should-do checklist. Thanks a lot!

Hey there! Gurkaran Singh here, fellow tech enthusiast and startup aficionado. I've got to say, the idea of a relaunch is always an interesting one. Sometimes a fresh start can bring new perspectives and opportunities. As for the should-do checklist, here's a little snippet from my own experience - when considering a relaunch, I always prioritize gathering feedback from users, analyzing data to understand where improvements can be made, and creating a solid marketing strategy to generate buzz around the new launch. Good luck with your potential relaunch, and remember, sometimes a second chance is all you need to shine brighter than ever!

@thestarkster ya you r right, ability to catch where need to be improved is resonated with product succeed

@thestarkster Do you think it's good to just focus on upgrading the already features then only do relaunch with these newly upgraded till product-market fit (better)?

@nhing I don't know who are you targeting or who's your target audience but coming from a market which is the most difficult to win, Indian market! i can easily say it's all about how you launch or how you market, trust me its not about the features. It's about how you sell, focus on what did you do wrong previously, and as i said generate buzz around the new launch. Once you start to hit customers, keep listening to them and keep iterating and enhancing your product, that's the mantra i would say, sky will be your limit if you follow this only! 🚀

@thestarkster Uhmn, im just not sure why 'its not about the features' May it depend on which types of product or something else? Since there are features, funtions that not meet user needs then it likely they just come and go let alone any actually active ones. Unless you got ready generating funnels for it, its still potential, Idk just find it difficult to keep new users stay active usually so as to take room to track their demands and enhance practically as you said, interanting 🤔

@nhing Ok i got where you're coming from, when i say "its not about the features" i meant your narrative should not be like focusing more on features, giving necessary features is obviously vital which makes your product, "your!, product!". the mvp should be there I would also thank you for opening up a little bit, where you mentioned users are not staying!. this gives me a little idea where you're struggle which is identifying your core customer once you find it build the product around that customer base's needs / requirements (let me know if its a quick judgment) ⭐️ In one of my previous EdTech startups (which is the most difficult one to build especially in India), we literally monitored each and every freaking user, what he or she is doing, why they're dropping out, and nudge those users by warm calling which takes a very minimal effort and cost. From that point on, the users stopped dropping and that also process of tracking user behaviour and talking to them personally helped us narrow down more on our niche and our target audience. Again, my statement still remains the same, "It's not about features", "It's about how you market it or sell it". I saw your profile it says "Digital marketing nerd" so you should know about it, cuz may have a certain level of influence over how the product should look like or work like, but marketing i believe is completely in your hands. I can give you multiple real life examples from my personal experience how people are selling Saas like crazy, and the best part is, they didn't even developed that saas by themselves which they're selling😂

Okay seem like I need some balance here or how doing to set the product itself into *more strategic. Sometime where its made from shouldn't be judged to be the same with its surely opt to target or triggered around. Really make sense when you talk about your real experience real person with your EdTech in India, before this point I was browsing around, kinda curiousity, now i may do more acknowledge how it was. Your answers those here, helpful somehow. Thanks again n' again @thestarkster
