Google your product niche and see what kind of content comes up. Then, Google that and use keyword tools to see what kind of related content there is. Another thing, think about the problem that your product solves and what questions around that a customer would ask.

Hey @rmarlow. I've been trying this and it's may dependent a lot on keyword tools. Actually, sometimes I just feel overwhelmed, although it's useful. Have a nice day!

Brendan Hufford in his recent newsletter shared an interesting idea for generating content ideas. He has stated that we should talk to 30 ideal customers and ask them the following questions: 1. When did you first realize you needed something to solve [problem}? 2. What were you trying to do when this happened? 3. When did you realize the old way wasnโ€™t working? 4. When were you forced to make a change? 5. Before you purchased, what did you imagine life would be like using the product? Then create a 4-part content solution framework, and create 5 types of articles for each framework. That way, you will have 20 new articles that are focused on the real problems of your target audience.

@qbagaj Your comment is useful for my inspiration. As I understood that is always great with real surveys, reach their real pain points then do content creation. In case I start with small resources, can't have enough ability to ask real ideal customers, how can I move on? Do you suggest any ideas or useful tools to help me out? Big thanks.

@nhing You can use Screaming Frog for scraping the list of links from your competitors' blogs. Most SaaS companies put their focus keyword in the URL of a blog post. That way you can see what they write on. Later you can use Answer The Public to dive deeper when you already have topic ideas. We did that when we started creating content for our product's blog.
