I mean speech-to-text transcription tools are handy, but they aren't always perfect.
I remember once using a speech-to-text tool to transcribe a meeting, and it incorrectly transcribed "quarterly report" as "waterly report." It took a while to spot and fix the error.

Oh yeah, speech-to-text errors can be pretty annoying! I've had similar issues with tools misinterpreting words. Recently I tried out Otter.ai and it seems a bit more accurate than some other options out there. But still not perfect. I think the key is just carefully proofreading the transcripts, even if it takes some extra time to catch those sneaky errors. The errors might be due to the original speaker not being very clear, or because of heavy background noise that’s throwing off the recognition.
