    If I don't have 7-8 hours of sleep per day, I become non-functional :D How about you?

    12h Because our brains need longer reset time now than 10-20-30 years ago. We a processing 10x the amount of info these days. So longer sleep is required to perform at the highest level.

    I only need 7-8 hours to be in great shape. But, alas, I usually get no more than 6. And sometimes there are completely sleepless nights at all =/

    7 hours is the right number for me. Less sleep and I'm tired... more sleep and I'm tired too.

    I operate on a 6-7hour basis but I do find myself performing better with 8-9

    I usually get 6-7 naturally. No wakeup or bedtime constraints, and it's where I ended up. Been tracking for almost 8 years now, currently loving the Ultrahuman Ring Air from India. 🔥 (Swapped from Oura)

    I sleep for 7 hours a day, and I often feel like I need more, but I can't manage to sleep longer, even on weekends. I consistently wake up at the same time every day without needing an alarm, which can be somewhat unsettling! 😄
