Say I have a strong community of 5,000-6,000 product managers across all seniority levels, mostly mid-management. How can I monetize?

Definitely look into sponsorships and affiliate deals, those can bring in good revenue if you have an engaged audience. Newsletter ads are solid too if you've built up a subscriber base. Jasper.ai has some helpful tools for monetizing content sites I've heard. Providing premium content/features for a subscription fee is another option depending on your niche.
