I use a mix of minimising context switching and using the pomodoro method.

The best way to avoid burnout is to step away from the computer when your brain is churning. Taking small breaks, having tea or coffee, or going for a walk always helps me relax and get back to work more enthusiastically.
@qudsia_ali 100% agree. Sometimes it feels impossible to walk away, but you have to.

Personally I know when I'm about to reach a point of burnout and will stop what I'm working on and binge a few episodes on Netflix or something.
Any time I notice one of my guys on the dev team showing signs of burnout or working too long on a certain feature I tell them to stop what their doing, save all code, and take the next 12-24 hours off or throw them an easy feature on our low priority to-do list so they can build up confidence one gets when completing a task.
The recovery time it takes from a burnout can be days, so it's best to ccatch it before hand and take the 12-24 hours of R&R or something other than task at hand.
Saying no is necessary when you have too much work or someone else could perform it.

My secret is morning exercises. This allows me to quickly wake up, cheer up and get to work. Basically, I don't think about burnout. I know that I have goals, and my work is only a means to achieve these goals. And I just don't have time to burn out 🔥🛑😉

Just putting a comment here so I can know when someone finds an actual solution for burnout. I think personally though, for me its just taking enough breaks in between work. and playing some video games when I can.

Naps aren't just for babies. Instead of having a second cup of coffee, I sleep for 20 minutes. It's the best way to refresh the brain.
@leyla_aliyeva1 I totally agree..naps are the best solution to restart the brain.
Thinking about the same thing over and over again numbs your mind and can result into a burnout. So, naps are a quick way-out.
I deliberately Incorporate mechanisms to keep me up and running throughout the day.
Short breaks, stretches, and walks definitely help during the work day.
Also:
As a Muslim, you are supposed to pray five times a day and each prayer is preceded by Ablution (you wash visible parts of your body).
If you've seen a Muslim pray, you'd notice it's almost like a yoga session. This gives me a much-needed break and helps me connect with my spirituality throughout the day.
Staying grounded, calm and present is a proven antidote to burnout.
I have recently started practicing yoga and meditation for few minutes in the morning, and I have realized the benefits of these practices on an individual level.

I would say to have a rest on time or to switch the activities.
I will take a day or two off! I will watch a movie, and hang out with family or friends!
