In terms of product development, how do you maintain the balance between pushing the boundaries of innovation while still delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience? What helps you do so? Share any tips and experience as I am seeking as many new perpectives as possible!

Amazon still has UX invented in the 90s. Innovation != UX

This is the hardest topic for me. What we do is 1) launch a first version of a feature with a basic UX 2) bunch of customer calls where they complain about specific parts of the UX 3) focus on these points. Much better than "anticipating" a perfect UX and getting it wrong
