Launching soon!
This is the hardest topic for me. What we do is 1) launch a first version of a feature with a basic UX 2) bunch of customer calls where they complain about specific parts of the UX 3) focus on these points. Much better than "anticipating" a perfect UX and getting it wrong

We focus on ease of access and enabling core functionality in order to determine whether there is a compelling enough product/market fit for people to use the product despite its lack of aesthetic appeal.
To balance innovation and UX, it is important to iterate and prototype your designs. This allows you to experiment with new features and interactions without committing to a final design of www.lesturf.fr. By testing and refining your designs, you can ensure that new features and interactions are seamlessly integrated into the overall UX.
