How do you ensure your SaaS prioritize the user experience?

I'm curious to know how you all ensure that your designs prioritize the user experience. I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and I've come up with a few things that I think are important:
Start with the user. Before you start designing anything, take the time to understand your users. Who are they? What are their needs and goals? What challenges do they face?
Keep it simple. Don't overcrowd your designs with too many features or information.
Be consistent. Use the same design elements and patterns throughout your designs.
Test your designs with users. Once you have a prototype, test it with users to get their feedback.
What are your thoughts on this? How do you ensure that your designs prioritize the user experience?

I think establishing a feedback loop with your users, and a prime example of this is seen in the platform MidJourney. Their approach integrates feedback as a feature within the product itself. Specifically, when users wish to upscale or variate any image on the platform. This is simple yet effective, serves as a mechanism for users to convey their preferences regarding the images they interact with. Not only does this allow MidJourney to collect valuable feedback, but it also empowers users to have a say in their interaction, making the user experience more engaging and personalized.

@erick_philbert We start by researching and understanding our users, their needs, and pain points. This knowledge informs our design decisions from the very beginning. We follow the principle of keeping designs clean and simple. Overcrowded interfaces can overwhelm users, so we focus on delivering essential features and information, promoting an intuitive user experience.
We maintain a uniform design language and patterns throughout our products to create a cohesive and familiar environment for users.
We conduct user testing at various stages of design and development, which helps us refine our designs and ensure they align with user expectations and preferences.
Thank you for such great experience sharing.
I totally agree. I just think the difficult part is to keep complying with it after it has been implemented. For example, a company may ask for a button over there, or a function like this, or a display here, etc., and the sales staff basically tries to respond to those requests. The sales staff basically tries to respond to these requests. I think it is important for the organization to maintain a consistent attitude toward the product.
I totally agree Erick. I mean there is nothing better than users feedback. They contribute to your success in every way, shape or form, especially when it comes to the UX. In a way, they are the compass to any venture's success.

Our emphasis on the user experience has allowed us to develop a platform that is adored by users of all experience levels. We're sure that our AI-generated video won't be an exception anytime soon.
Thanks for tips, Erick!
We do this by:
- Constantly gathering feedback from users. We want to know what they love about our platform, what they find frustrating, and what they'd like to see added.
- Iterating on our product based on that feedback. We're not afraid to make changes if it means improving the user experience.
- Obsessing over the details. We believe that even the smallest details can make a big difference in the overall user experience.
As a result of our focus on user experience, we've been able to create a platform that is loved by users of all levels of experience. We're confident that our AI Generative Video will be no exception soon.
In short, we prioritize user experience by putting users first. We listen to them, we learn from them, and we build products that they love.
