Bad reviews happen, but you can turn those into your advantage. Ask your clients why they felt that way and what you could do better in the future. This shows your genuine concern and helps build a strong relationship with them.

@iveliniliev Thats true! Engaging with clients to understand their concerns not only demonstrates that you care but also makes room for improvement.

Handling negative feedback from clients involves several key steps: 1. Listen Actively: Make sure to fully understand the client's concerns by listening without interrupting. This shows respect and helps you grasp the issue. 2. Acknowledge and Empathize: Validate their feelings and express understanding. This can defuse tension and demonstrates that you care about their experience. 3. Assess the Feedback: Analyze the feedback to identify whether it's a specific issue or part of a larger pattern. This helps in determining the appropriate response. 4. Address the Issue: Provide a solution or plan of action to resolve the problem. Communicate clearly about what steps will be taken to fix the issue. 5. Follow Up: After implementing the solution, check in with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution. 6. Learn and Improve: Use the feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements to prevent similar issues in the future. Handling negative feedback effectively can strengthen client relationships and improve your service.

Its normal , my thoughts about bad reviews are different now. If your product is getting some bad reviews it looks more organic and real because everyone will not love your products. So, If you are getting 20 30% negative reviews do not overthink or over react just keep asking them what they want and what you can Improve. If someone is getting 100% positive Reviews it seems like he is getting paid reviews or something else in my point of view.
