I ask myself if it makes logical sense. I objectively evaluate the scenario and "reset" my mindset/ emotions to neutral. If it's not hopeless I keep it moving.

@wilfred_kasekende Great point! I also try to reset my mindset by evaluating things logically and staying neutral. If it’s not hopeless, I just keep moving forward.

When negative self-talk creeps in, I treat it like a glitch in the system and debug it with positive affirmations and a healthy dose of self-love. Who knew battling those inner bugs could be so empowering?"

@thestarkster I do the same by treating negative self-talk like a glitch and debugging it with positive affirmations and self-love.

I used to talk negatively to myself a lot, but now I think it's extremely important how we treat ourselves. Why should we talk worse to ourselves than to a friend or acquaintance? So in negative moments, I always try to keep in mind what I would say to a friend at that moment

@julia_engelsmann That’s such a great point! We should treat ourselves with the same kindness and understanding we offer to friends. Being our own best friend can make a huge difference in tough times.
