I don't know you, but since I've decided to wake up at 5am everyday , I've been able to improve my productivity, here's some points about what happened to me: - Waking up early gave me a head start on the day, allowing me to plan my tasks and schedule ahead of time. This can help increase your productivity throughout the day as you have more time to accomplish your goals. - But! I don't jump from bed straight to work, I spend the first half-hour actually preparing my mental state : I meditate , and this has been amazing to reduce stress and anxiety I have. - And waking up early lead to a better healthier lifestyle , been able to treat my body and mental state, allowing me to pursue healthier habits, even though that's not is as often as other things, haha. - With this extra time in the morning , I've been working on studying and employing my knowledge to personal projects (like https://hirebrain.ai) and improve my understanding on topics I'm highly interested in. What about you ? What life hack did you use to improve your productivity?

I completely agree with you on the benefits of waking up early! It's amazing how much more productive and focused you can be when you start your day with a clear mind and a plan. For me, I've found that using the Beedone app has been a game-changer for my productivity. It's a task management app that helps me stay organized and on top of my to-do list. By breaking down my tasks into manageable steps and setting reminders and deadlines, I'm able to tackle my work more efficiently and effectively. But, like you, I also prioritize my mental and physical well-being. That's why I love that Beedone allows me to schedule in time for self-care activities, like meditation or exercise, alongside my work tasks. It's all about finding that balance, right? So, to answer your question, my life hack for improving productivity is to stay organized and focused while prioritizing my health and well-being.

There are many things you can do to increase your productivity. Start small. Reading a book on time management or productivity is a good idea. You can say do 15 minutes of exercise every day. And you will see a difference in a week itself.

Waking up early really influences how productive my day will be - wish it didn't, but it always has.
