I appreciate your question! Maintaining focus and avoiding multitasking is crucial for effective project development. We prioritize a streamlined workflow by breaking tasks into manageable chunks and setting realistic timelines.

I am a big fan of "eating the frog first" approach. And also, what I find that helps a lot is planning the next three months of work in advance.

I usually create a to-do list and organize the list according to prioritization. Since I multitasked a lot and delayed some of the monotonous tasks, I am currently trying this timebox method where I have a 'fixed' time to do one task. It's a bit rigid, but I get more tedious things done.

Define clear objectives for your project. Break down the project into smaller tasks

maintaining focus during project development is crucial for success. I find that setting specific time blocks for focused work and eliminating distractions such as emails and social media helps me stay on track.

Have you ever tried the "Eat That Frog" technique, tackling the most challenging task first thing in the morning? I find it sets a positive tone for the day.

I embrace multi-tasking as my main job. Founders wear many hats... event at the project dev stage. Finance and legal, Business dev, sales, marketing lead, AI lead, etc. are my daily tasks, so there's no focus for me!

Get a person who can keep you accountable! I mean time blocking, schedules and plans everything is great! But accountability to finish tasks on time is the best way to finish the tasks on time!

I prepare a to-do list and prioritize it. For the extra work that comes up during development, I create new tasks that I will take care of later (it's really hard not to do the work that comes up at that moment 😅).
