How do you make a GTM(GoToMarket) strategy?

GTM fascinates me. It's one of the things in product marketing that keeps me interested. However, the more I read about it, the more I realize I don't know a lot of stuff about it.

Speaking of which, how do you approach making a GTM strategy? I recently made one, and although I think I did a fair job, I'm sure I missed a few things.

What are your must-haves in a GTM strategy?

@bogomep Thanks Bogomil. Yes, I think I can share a few details here. I'm making a GTM strategy for a video making iPhone app. We already have a web version with more than 100,000 users. I'm looking for feedback related to identifying buyer persona. Like what are the details that come under buyer persona?
