Sorry, it is hard and terribly difficult but the answer is consistency. You stick to it no matter what.

@vaibhavdwivedi Indeed thats what I do ✌️
I manage all of this within our own product. Task management, time tracking, and communication with the team are all handled seamlessly in one place. For instance, I use our task manager to assign Product Hunt-related activities to team members and track our progress with the time tracker.
When I come across valuable insights or questions, I share them in our internal social network on our tool, so everyone stays in the loop. We also store useful links or materials in our knowledge base, making it easy to share resources with the team members involved in Product Hunt activities.
Having everything integrated in Amploo really simplifies the process and helps us stay organized and efficient while staying active on Product Hunt. How do you handle these tasks in your daily routine?
Speech to Note
I manage other responsibilities first. As a founder I look at PH as an interesting corner where I gather around what's happening.
But it's naturally not possible to login to it everyday.

I get that @abhishek_ux! for me, Product Hunt is a 24/7 commitment, but balancing it with other responsibilities can be a challenge at times.

Download the app on your phone, close your laptop, and before going to bed spend few minutes with the community
For me, it’s all about mindset.
Instead of seeing Product Hunt as another task, I view it as a valuable investment in my network and knowledge base.
This shift in perspective helps me stay consistent.

@evelynwood yeah that's useful, for which purpose you use specifically like are you launching something? or buliding community
1. Set Specific Goals: Determine how often you want to check Product Hunt and what you aim to achieve during those sessions (e.g., discovering new products, engaging in discussions, or providing feedback).
2. Time Blocking: Allocate specific time slots for Product Hunt activities in your daily or weekly schedule. This helps ensure you dedicate consistent time to the platform.
3. Use Productivity Tools: Consider using timers, task management apps, or browser extensions to stay focused and efficient during your Product Hunt sessions.
4. Prioritize and Filter: Use Product Hunt's features to filter content based on your interests and prioritize products that align with your goals.
5. Engage Strategically: Participate in discussions, upvote products, and leave thoughtful comments, but don't feel obligated to engage with everything.

1. Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve by spending time on Product Hunt, whether it's discovering new tools, networking, or staying updated.
2. Schedule Dedicated Time: Allocate specific periods during your day or week to explore Product Hunt. This helps ensure that it doesn't interfere with other responsibilities.
3. Use Notifications Wisely: Customize notifications to avoid distractions. Focus on the updates or products most relevant to your interests.
4. Prioritize Tasks: Tackle high-priority responsibilities first and use Product Hunt as a reward or break during less intensive periods.
5. Stay Organized: Keep track of interesting products or trends using lists or notes, so you can revisit them later without needing to constantly check the site.
Balancing engagement with other tasks is key to maintaining productivity and staying informed.
@maulanahanif AI generated?
@maulanahanif oh wow, good answer. 👍🏻 good job
It's tough to find time for everything, especially Product Hunt! One thing that helps me is setting specific goals. Maybe it's discovering one cool product a day or participating in one discussion. Having a focus makes my time on PH more intentional

@dev_abdulhaseeb Nice!
I usually focus on PH in the mornings for 30-60 min when my energy is highest. Blocking off that dedicated time helps me stay engaged while balancing other work. Plus the PH community is so energizing, it kickstarts my day on a positive note! When things get busy, even just 15-20 min of commenting and hunting keeps me feeling connected.
Its up to a person how he/she is going to split the tasks and manages the time. As humans, if we find something interesting or necessary, we make time for that particular activity regardless of our busy schedules.

@sophia_davis5 yeah, very true
As a digital marketer, staying active on Product Hunt while managing other responsibilities requires a balanced approach:
1. Scheduling: I block out specific times each week for Product Hunt, treating it like a key task. This helps me stay consistent without overwhelming my day-to-day activities.
2. Prioritization: I prioritize tasks that drive the most value—whether it's engaging with new products, networking, or upvoting. Focusing on the right activities keeps my time spent on Product Hunt effective.
3. Automation Tools: I use tools like social media schedulers and CRM systems (Using @salesmate these days) to automate routine marketing tasks, freeing up more time for Product Hunt and other projects.
3. Integration: I try to align Product Hunt activity with my work, such as researching new tools, learning trends, or gaining inspiration for campaigns.
4. Quick Engagement: Sometimes, a few minutes of active engagement can make a big impact. I ensure I stay updated by dedicating brief but regular check-ins on Product Hunt throughout the week.
well, the way i can continue to be active using Produt Hunt is by spending 1-2 hours in the morning before doing activities and at night before going to bed. Or when I'm on break time I look around for a while.
