How do you overcome the nagging feeling of "I should be working" when you are sick and recovering?
I'm pretty under the weather today, but as a founder who works from home, I have this nagging feeling and self imposed pressure to still get things done. I know logically, if I take the time to rest now, I'll recover quicker and bounce back to normal levels of productivity. I know working when sick also sets a bad precedent/example for my team, but it's still really hard to close my computer and sleep, when I can work in bed or on the couch.
Does anyone have a good framework for embracing rest as the best (and maybe even only) option? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and feedback 🌻
