Connect with them on Linkedin, We have been giving shoutouts to them as well on friday Linkeidn posts.
I plan to keep things friendly and approachable.
I’ll set up regular check-ins with the community to see how everyone is doing and what they need.
Consistent check-ins with users have built trust and kept the community engaged.
Setting up dedicated channels for users to provide feedback and suggestions, and making sure we act on their input.
