sport usually takes my mind off
In my case, taking walks really helps to clear thoughts and become relaxed, although now it's getting a bit challenging with the rain season approaching in Helsinki 😁

I usually take a break and chill with my dog for a bit, always calms me down!

Some deep breaths and a short rest inn the middle of the day works for me.

Usually I resort to some routine type of activity. Get some favourite music on and go into it. Let your mind rest while consentrating on something simple yet monotonous. I know it may sound strange, but it helps clear the brain so to say.
