Go back to basics, enjoy the smaller things in life.

@diana_iun The question then becomes. What are these smaller things in your life?

@sentry_co It’s amazing how much joy and grounding the small things in life can bring. Would love to hear more about your go-to simple joys.

It's a great day to answer this question, just felt it today. I usually take a small break and try to remember that my thoughts are influencing the progress and result, and it's only in my head – how I'm gonna react. Also helps to think it's only a problem today, tomorrow starts with a blank page.

@anliamets Taking a break and resetting our mindset can indeed turn the page for a fresh start. Thanks for sharing your approach!

I think it's a matter of habit and training. The first time, hardly anyone remains positive, but then you move on and the next time you feel better. Balance of physical and mental health, adherence to sleep and nutrition helps me.

@sergeipetrov Balancing physical and mental health is key. It’s great to hear how consistent practice and self-care contribute to resilience.

I stay positive by reframing setbacks as learning opportunities, Chiara, and maintain motivation by setting small, achievable milestones that lead to larger goals, which helps to keep the momentum going even when challenges arise.

@cen_xu Reframing challenges as opportunities for growth is a powerful strategy. Setting small, achievable goals keeps the journey towards larger ambitions dynamic and rewarding.
Staying positive and motivated in the face of setbacks, whether small or significant, is a journey that requires resilience and a proactive mindset. I like to remind myself that in those moments is when big things can happen. Until then, almost everybody can achieve it.

@pabloroig_clous That’s an inspiring way to view challenges, Pablo. It’s in those moments of adversity that growth happens.

I try to focus on big picture. The end goal. Setbacks are unavoidable part of the journey. Don't focus too much on the event itself, but rather focus on learning the lesson. It's also important to have a place where you can reset, rethink, recharge. For me, it's gym and my family. Gym has also unfair side-effect, you get really fit and mentally strong.

@300kg Focusing on the big picture helps put the setbacks into perspective. It’s all about the end goal and finding that personal reset space.

Looking back, I see that I have come a long way and there is little left.

@mouhcine_dardour Reflecting on how far we’ve come is a powerful motivator. It’s all about the journey!
