They have the option to give us feedback. As we have a lot of users, they write from their own incentive.

@rimash No, I think most users are open to it. But they probably wouldn't be if you asked for it too often. Interview maybe once or twice = 1 month free usage. Surveys / questions via Slack or Discord from then on.

We don't usually conduct formal user interviews, but we do get a good amount of organic user feedback since we have such a large user base. People often write in with suggestions or issues on their own. It's not as structured as user interviews but still provides valuable insights!

We conduct user interviews every 2 weeks to get feedback on new features and overall product experience. The constant user input helps guide our roadmap. For folks not proactively reaching out, we nudge a subset of active users each month to hop on a quick call. Super valuable for iterating fast!
