How Startup Founders Deal With Plateaus?

I’ve noticed a cycle where startups reach a plateau, momentum slows and founder meetings feel like an echo chamber. Usually this is solved by a random outside perspective that seemed very obvious in hindsight.
And so I wonder if theres a solution…
I currently go to a university and so usually these outside perspectives come from students.
SO I ASK ALL FOUNDERS: If someone randomly dropped a motivated college student (of any major of your choice) into your team for only 1 Month, what would you make them do? Does the idea sound risky or appealing?

You know, adding a college student to a startup team sounds like a quirky but brilliant idea. Fresh perspectives can be gold, and who knows—maybe they'll spot the obvious solution we've been missing while we were too busy echoing each other. Plus, it's a nice break from thinking about dating profiles and "Her Ideal Match."
