How to cope with bugs and problems you know will happen on Launch Day ?

I know my product will not be perfect for launch day but I do not want to perfect it too much because obviously product market fit has not been found yet. Do you just take it in that there will be numerous bugs and problems found on launch day ?

Just launch a beta version and test it. may be you can make beta.app.com for beta and use some montoring tools for checking performance
