Looking to build a HR SaaS for remote teams

I'm looking for feature ideas for a HR SaaS for remote teams. For example, right now we built a 1-on-1 process for manager and employee meetings where we build automated summary of meetings and automated action items from the video recording of these type of meetings. A few other ideas I had was the following: - Remote candidate screening from their socials - Employee profiles - Discord bots to help manage teams - International pay roll, ways to help pay candidate in different countries with their local currency Any ideas ?
