How would you guys start off your Discord community and keep it active?

After launching my app(https://scraft.ai) on public beta, I included a link to my product's discord server to communicate with users, receive feedback and beta-test. I am looking for ways to 'activate' your discord community and make it a space to discuss about the product actively. Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated!
