How would you promote a career site builder?

We're preparing for the first launch on ProductHunt of recruitment marketing platform Talenteria.com (https://bit.ly/3sEYUuU). Our target audience is HR generalists, Recruitment Marketers, and Employer Branding professionals. Product purpose - build a career site that fits a brand requirements, SEO optimized and mobile friendly. So we are guessing our ICP is a company between 100 and 500 employee count with open jobs. Should we spend time to reach an audience that doesn't closely engaged with Product Hunt? I see some competitors here so the answer is rather Yes then No. But anyway I'm curious to learn your thoughts :) What is the best way to engage with PH community? Does it make sense to promote product posting with ads? Is there are any legal ways to receive some support from frequenters?
