When working intensively on projects, it's easy to overlook the crucial aspect of maintaining a healthy life balance. What strategies do you employ to prevent burnout and ensure long-term sustainability?

I asked this too! For me, it’s about optimizing work demands and work recovery. Workload management and prioritization, to start. I take my work recovery very seriously and take one full day off each week. I practice “High Quality Time-Off” during this time, where I’m trying to do active, disconnected activities that provide some sensory stimuli. Examples include surfing, foraging, outdoor yoga, museum visits, etc (can you tell I live in the Bay Area 😂)
