I wondered why some brands have fiercely loyal customers while others struggle to connect.
When I googled this I found out that 76% of internet users are part of online communities.
This means that if you’re running a business, having an active community is essential. It helps you engage with your customers, get real feedback, and ultimately boost your sales.
Without a community, you could be missing out on some pretty awesome connections.
I’m sharing what I’ve learned about building a community from my own experiences.
🎯 Defining your purpose is key.
🧐 Knowing what you want to achieve keeps everyone on the same page.
🌟 Make it welcoming. Everyone likes to feel included, so create a friendly environment where people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts.
🙌 And don’t forget to encourage engagement! Invite members to jump in and share their experiences. The more they engage, the stronger your community will be.
