I would say it depends entirely on the individual. Controlling and having mindful activities using technology will certainly save a lot of time

I am currently reading Deep Work which has certain points around this. One of my takeaways from it is that the current technology of emails/phone is making us do shallow work - replying to people than go deep into our work which is impacting our overall productivity while keeping us busy.

It's a double-edged sword. While AI and automation save time on routine tasks, they also create new tasks and responsibilities. How do you manage this paradox?

@nixkulinax assuming the goal of work for humans is to keep creating more value - that is how money is being created as well. With this assumption we would always find more things to do for creating value with the time we have - so we will never be free from work as such unless the initial assumption changes.

@nixkulinax Yes, AI automation saves time on routine and repetitive tasks, but I also believe that it is gradually making us mentally weaker. What do all of you think?.

Depends on many things. Some products take a lot of our time while others really save our time. My product ( https://shorturl.at/uMQZ4) does actually help real estate agents and photo designers save time.

actually from my point of view it saves definitely . For example, in online learning you can save your time and study instead of stuck in traffic jam

Overall I think it helps me save time.
