Here's everything about why, what and how? Olvy (https://olvy.co) started as a Changelog and a Release Notes tool, used by some great companies. While we were building the first version of the product we realised there is a bigger problem to solve. In the beginning we knew each and every user, but after our product got featured on @ProductHunt https://producthunt.com/posts/olvy and we reached more than a thousand users. There were a lot of feature requests and feedback that started flowing in, and eventually we lost track of who asked what and where. And we always wanted to be high-touch with our users and customers. We started researching in last year from August to November about the problem and we got to know 👇 Everybody we talked to was using a tool their team didn’t adopt or had a duct-tape solution using googlesheets, Notion, or Airtable. All this while, the feedback loop in everybody's mind is 👇 1) Ask for customer feedback 2) Categorize the feedback 3) Act on the feedback 4) Follow-up with customers who shared feedback Olvy Feedback solves the problem we had, it brings all your user feedback together in one place from anywhere your users are ( Twitter, Email, Slack, intercom, etc), helps you understand your users’ needs and helps you complete the loop with them once you’ve shipped something. Imagine, you have a Slack or Discord community and there are so many feedback that you’ve received through that community. Now there’re probably 20-30 users talking about the same feedback in different channels but in their own way. With Olvy we have created a layer that helps you capture all this feedback with different Integrations, you can push that feedback to Olvy and Olvy becomes a source of truth for all your user feedback that you have been getting. Then we help you find patterns in that feedback. Once you find similar kind of feedback we help you and turn them to Jira or linear tickets to pass user context to your engineering team. Now once the Feedback has been resolved and shipped, Olvy allows you to send a personalized message to same Slack thread or on the Discord channel to the same user who gave you that feedback. You get a 1:1 communication system with your users and can make them feel that they are being heard.
