Good prioritization is key. My approach is to weigh customer impact (will it move the needle?) vs level of effort (time/resources needed). Helps keep the focus on high ROI initiatives. Curious what frameworks others use for this?

This comes down to the right prioritization tools. Find a good approach where you balance impact vs effort.

Once the process is streamlined only then product innovation comes into play.
Both are important but I'd say process innovation should come first. You need an efficient and scalable process to deliver great products consistently. Automate and streamline your process, then focus on continual product improvement and innovation. Just my 2 cents!
