Reflecting Q4 2024: Share your achievements

We practised this every quarter and now it is time to reflect on it again. What goals have you set for yourself and what have you achieved? ---------- Here is my overview of what I have set for myself and how it went: 👉 Visit some conferences. ✅ Attended Bits & Pretzels in Germany 👉 Continue interviewing people on YouTube + create with from conference + informational video (talking head). ✅ Did all of them (Interview with a co-founder of a video production company, Flashback from the conference + 5,000 followers on PH) 👉 Work on some new projects. ❌ There were some offers, but we passed it from me or the other side. 👉 Grow my socials and other platforms (current count: YT – 413 subs, LI – 2.7k+, Twitter – 1.2k+, Substack – 145, Threads – 55) ✅ Grew and changed my way a bit: YouTube – 520+, LI – 3.5k, Twitter – 1.6+k, Substack – 250, Threads – 115+, Bluesky – 3.9k 👉 Obtain sponsorships either for the newsletter or for the YT. ✅ Had another 5 sponsors for my newsletter. 👉 Give some interviews/speeches. ❌ I don't remember that happening. 😃The last two were in Q3. 👉 Reach out to event organisers (conferences). ❌ I postponed it to a later stage – I need to be bigger. 👉 Finally start with the website. 😀 ✅ Yes, but instead of the portfolio I wanted to start with I decided on a different thing. 👉 Pick up some new activity or master an existing one (no matter whether photography, sport or anything else). ✅ Trying languages. 👉 To get in touch more in person with people in my town. ✅❌ Attended several meetups but not as much as I wanted. Other things that went well – I got into the TOP 20 LinkedIn accounts in my country contributing to business topics – The project I am a part of surpassed over 5 million downloads on Google Play, time to conquer iStore – 5k PH followers crossed
