Not all is development , paying attention to marketing on the same level as development

Scaled too fast last time and burnt out. This round, focusing on sustainable growth. Lessons learned.
1. We paid too much attention on development and not on feedback.
2. Didn’t launch the product / take it to market sooner
3. Didn’t listen to our customers and pivot
