Simplest hack to have a succesful launch

As I prepare to launch my 3rd product on PH, what contrasted the 1st 2 was reaching out to my network. I simply DM'd my network (a generic message), asking if they would commit to supporting on launch day. This was so much stronger than just hoping they would convert and it wasn't hard or a long process.
