Hi Community👋🏻 Today I’m here with a different topic. Share your valuable insights into whether these countdowns occurs a sense of oneness and hype or stress in your core team. As the marketing team at Contentrain, we're hyping about the upcoming release of Contentrain 2.0. However, in contrast, our development team is experiencing a of bit stress for the deadline. 🥶 In this case, we're curious about your thoughts. What do you think? It should be hyping us or we feel more stressing us.🧐

It seems to me that in the beginning there is always stress, but then there is hype.

I think that countdowns can result into a sense of oneness, because we all have the same goal, after all :)

I think deadlines are always creates stress. When deadlines came to an end, hype started.

Stress and hype are the eternal companions of a startup, it just so happened. 😀

I am always pro-countdown, especially when you don't already have a large customer base that will build hype for you. Unfortunately, it does come with a cost like stress so I suggest giving the dev team as much support as they need.

@heleana Yes, you are right. As a marketing-based intern, I always try to think about their perspective and try to understand them.😇
Ideally, it should be a feeling of hope. Something to look forward/up to. But to do that, planning, communication, and every other related thing need to be on point and in sync along with a realistic deadline.
