Calling all creatives! My team is brainstorming ways to improve work for creative teams and would love your input. What are the things that cause time waste and hurt your day-to-day as a designer? We've been interviewing top designers individually and have some insane responses, once we'd get your feedback we'll post all responses here. Also, if you mention an issue/idea, who knows, we might build it as a side-hussle :)

I find that most designers, sometimes myself included, try to aim for perfection. Now that isn't always a bad thing but it is always impossible to do because design is always changing and innovating in ways that some designers go over the smallest detail without looking at it from a bigger picture of "is my design usable". Also, when usability is sacrificed for usability. That is a key issue I find.
Too many explorations for a minor design. Exploring and refining a concept for too long Too many rounds of usability testing and A/B testing addiction. Time-consuming, visual design specs These will help you get better at your job, but they'll undoubtedly make the time go by faster!
