What are the emerging trends & technologies that customer service professionals need to be aware of?

Recently, I am seeing a lot of ChatGPT-powered customer service chatbots. I tested a couple of ones and it is working great with URL-based inputs. But I haven't seen any yet is working within the dashboard.
