Honestly, I think "human-driven customer service" will continue to be a real competitive advantage.

Personally, I was trying to resolve an issue with a plane ticket I booked and was not able to get to a human customer person because the chatbot was asking me to explain the situation and didn't understand it, and was not switching me to a real customer support agent 😅
Worst experience to me is when a chatbot tells me that I have to fill in a form to get an answer. That's soooo annoying 😥
Today, "AI customer" service is only Chatbots with pre-defined questions, and it's always terrible, lacking human touch, and disappointing. The scope of Chatbots to get an answer is closed, contrary to ChatGPT or Google Bard, where the context is broad.
Can wait to see new AI customer services with 95% accurate answers and a kind of "human touch".
